Deep cleaning goes beyond surface-level cleaning and includes detailed cleaning of neglected or hard-to-reach areas, such as high corners, air vents, baseboards, and behind furniture and appliances. It targets accumulated dirt, stains, and hidden contaminants.

Net 30 days from the date of invoice received from Haughty

The customer will furnish all consumable products, including toilet tissue, towels, trash liners, and hand soap. 

If desired, Haughty can provide these products and invoice them separately. We will furnish all cleaning supplies, inclusive of, but not limited to, cleaning agents, disinfectants, etc.

We will furnish and maintain all necessary cleaning equipment, including but not limited to vacuums, mops, mop buckets, wringers, and brooms. The customer agrees to provide a secure space for storing this equipment, as it may be necessary.

Haughty will comply with current MIOSHA regulations and proven procedures pertaining to all work performed at the customer’s location.

Haughty will furnish all forms of coverage required by law and shall maintain the same in force.
